For this rural new construction estate project, the Leka team was engaged to provide concept development + ideation, process and order of operations, and technical consulting services. The contemporary take on traditional French and English Tudor Architecture provided a jumping off point for the team. We started with a comprehensive analysis of renaissance estate design and french parterre gardens and ultimately landed at an informal hybrid English Cottage Garden style.
