Wayzata Bay Courtyard

This private new construction residence located in Wayzata, MN was completed in 2018.  Leka Design collaborated with the landscape and architecture teams to master plan and detail the site at large and to develop concepts for the home’s interior courtyard.  The concepts were seasonally dynamic and focused on kineticism, movement and change over time.
