Medina Residence

A series of sliding concrete walls sets this farm estate apart. This renovation of a 1950s farmhouse in Medina, a suburb of Minneapolis, MN, started with a thorough masterplan for the property’s 30-acres of wetlands, woods, and pasture. Leka Design was engaged to develop visualizations for marketing and to complete Design Development, Construction Documentation and Pricing Sets.
