Eagan Residence

Project Details

The existing landscape of this 1992 Charles Stinson home was overgrown and deteriorating. It was important to the client that the design approach celebrated the unique architecture of the home while also meeting programmatic and budgetary goals. A pattern language of sliding planes and extrusions was developed based on an analysis of the architecture, and the program included; a new driveway, parking court, front stoop with custom stone modules, low maintenance lawn, entrance garden and a glacial boulder art installation.
