Many of the components and finish materials of this private lake estate were custom designed and fabricated including the weathered steel walls, oak benches, bridge, limestone paving, concrete unit pavers, and drainage system covers. The program boasts a parking court, heated entry plaza, three play lawns, native restoration zones, and dock access.
