Cooks Bay Residence

The primary goal of this Lake Minnetonka renovation was to solve drainage and flooding issues. The lakeside yard was lower in elevation than the neighboring properties and an existing ice heave/ridge at the shoreline created a dam which lead to flooding during seasonal snow melt and even light duration rain events.  An extensive drainage system was designed and installed which included soil replacement, regrading, french drains and lift stations with sump pumps.
